Decorative and discreet acoustic treatment of a party room

PYT Audio > Living room > Decorative and discreet acoustic treatment of a party room

Our client, working for a public entity, wanted to optimize the acoustics of a party hall. This party room is very popular with the inhabitants of his town and the surrounding area.

A party room with acoustics to be optimized

A party room is supposed to provide pleasant moments. Moments during which we get together to talk and have a good time. Unfortunately, external inconveniences can spoil these precious moments. This is especially the case when the room is noisy.

It becomes difficult to get along and this can lead to headaches, fatigue, or hearing loss. There are laws, with determined noise thresholds, to fight against the scourges of prolonged listening to too much noise in the public space.

Our client, concerned about these constraints, wished to optimize the acoustics of a party room so that it would be as qualitative as possible. The idea was to make the sound volume felt in the room respectable. The ideal solution? Several absorbent acoustic panels.

The choice of a decorative, ecological and discreet acoustic treatment

Of course, our customer wanted an effective, but also decorative treatment. We therefore advised him to position “MUTUM Eco white” panels veneered on the ceiling. These panels, dressed in a very pure white fabric, remain extremely discreet and are perfectly suitable for use in a large room, such as a party room. We have therefore applied an acoustic treatment similar to an open space.

In addition, the walls were also treated. Wall acoustic panels MUTUM LUXURY were chosen to optimize the room acoustics as much as possible. Importantly, our client, working for the town hall, wanted products that were as responsible as possible. What could be better than entirely bio-sourced products, derived from the circular economy and made with recycled and recyclable materials!

The result was up to our client’s expectations. He appreciated our advice and our approach. He also wishes to work with us again in the future on other projects.
